On a trail side, a Salsify seed pod.  Lots of different names for this plant /weed.

Was sitting at the tower when a collared wolf was crossing the greenstone ridge trail.

Just a stump on the Greenstone Ridge.

Duck's on the pond. (Actually Lake Richie). Just a bit nippy here in Kingsford this morning at -12.  Lots of other places are much colder but -12 is still *^*(%&% cold.

I am still alive. Sick for the last week, cold is gone now (knock on wood) strength at about  75%. Which is much, much better than last Tuesday. Anyway,  Dollar Bay loon
