Another fall pic, west of the tower where you can just see it in the distance. The tower is the little dot about in the middle of the picture.
Second airplane on the island for 2009's winter study. Donnie and Rolf landed with the Flagship first to make sure there was enough ice for the loaded to the gills Beaver. (Aircraft was full of stuff and John, myself and the pilot, weight was nowhere near capacity.)
