Spring of 2010, on the Mott loop. When the Mott loop looks like this, it's almost a given that the rest of the island is going to give the Trail Crew an "interesting" year.
To most, this is just a pile of wolf poop. For the researchers, this poop can provide lots of information. Not just what they were eating and how healthy, but it is also used to mark their territory.
