It's clear at the tower and at Mot, not so much.
You have to remember, when heading out on the big lake, "fog is flat".
But, your radar and GPS better be in good condition.
Second airplane on the island for 2009's winter study. Donnie and Rolf landed with the Flagship first to make sure there was enough ice for the loaded to the gills Beaver. (Aircraft was full of stuff and John, myself and the pilot, weight was nowhere near capacity.)
